NOTES ON FIT

This a-line flowy is a bit generously cut for Comfy because it is of course meant to be layered over other pieces.  Obviously this isn't a tailored piece so fit doesn't need to be precise to wear this. While trying to get a measurement on an open draped pieces the measurements below will give you a general idea.  They were taken with the vest lying flat - the vest was then measured seem to seem at the bust waist and hip area and then doubled.
